Abstrakt
Amidst the evolving crises and disruptions threatening firms' competitiveness, businesses are faced with increased dynamism necessitated by technological development, digitalization, and sustainability requirements for survival and growth. This study delves into the intersection of Dynamic Capabilities (DC), Digital Transformation (DT), and sustainable resilience among law firms in developing countries. With Nigerian law firms as our case study, this research investigates the strategic integration of digital transformation, dynamic capabilities, and sustainable practices during times of crisis. It examines how these firms harness their digital agility to navigate immediate challenges and foster long-term sustainability. Through empirical analysis and qualitative exploration, the study unveils obstacles ranging from digital resistance to technical constraints yet uncovers valuable insights into adopting innovative digital strategies that enhance operational resilience and contribute to driving positive environmental and social impact while ensuring long-term sustainability objectives. The study reaffirms the significance of digital transformation and contributes to the broader discourse on how software enables firms in emerging economies to maneuver disruptions during crises.
