Maqsood H. Bhutto is a doctoral researcher in Marketing at the School of Business and Economics, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. His research centers on consumer behavior with a specific focus on the dark side, including consumer incivility, in the context of social media platforms. Mr. Bhutto's work has been featured in esteemed publications such as the European Business Review, Telematics and Informatics, and Decision, among others. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored with the 'Best Paper Award' at the 22nd International Conference of Electronic Business in 2022.
