I am a Senior Lecturer at Jamk University of Applied Sciences, specializing in digitalization, cybersecurity, health technology, and continuous learning in the health and social care sector. My work combines education, research, development, and innovation activities aimed at strengthening the competence, resilience, and adaptability of professionals and organizations in a rapidly changing digital environment. My current areas of interest include cybersecurity and digital safety in health and social services, digital well-being, health technology implementation, work-life-oriented micro-credentials, and the future competence needs of health and social care professionals. I am actively involved in national and international projects that develop innovative educational solutions, support lifelong learning, and promote sustainable and inclusive health and social care services. In my work, I value multidisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based development, and close cooperation with working life partners.
