Visuri Ville-Valtteri

Beskrivning

Ville-Valtteri Visuri is a tenure track Associate Professor (Sustainable Primary Metallurgy of Steelmaking) at the University and an Academy Research Fellow funded by the Research Council of Finland. He works also as the Deputy Head of the Process Metallurgy Research Unit and as the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Centre for Advanced Steels Research (CASR). His research focuses on chemical kinetics and transport phenomena in the metallurgy of steelmaking. Visuri is a member of the Board of Directors at the Finnish Association Mining and Metallurgical Engineers and Vice-Chairman of the University of Oulu Association.
