At PlastLab, Centria's expert team manufactures various composites products, and studies their properties, such as tensile strength, weather resistance, such as temperature variations and humidity. At Plastlab, products are made by printing, either by manufacturing filament for a traditional FFF-printer or directly from plastic pellets (FGF) using a 3D-printing robot. Samples can be also manufactured through compression pressing The experts have strong robotics and product design expertise, which can be used to develop new products and their manufacturing techniques. PlastLab offers extensive opportunities for companies and research projects to manufacture and test products made from different composite materials.
