The project concerns development of new computational methods for gene regulatory network inference and systems biology modelling as well as applying these to C. botulinum data from collaborating researchers. The project will create new algorithms and open source software implementing those algorithms which will be applied to data available from other sources. No new experimental data will be created in this project, instead it will be managed by our collaborators in their own projects according to accepted standard practices in the field.
