The folder CNT-MD-data contains all the inputs and outputs of the MD simulations for the thermal conductivity of a (10, 0) carbon nanotube using the GPUMD code.
The folder CNT-BTE-data contains all the inputs and outputs of the BTE calculations for the thermal conductivity of a (10, 0) carbon nanotube using the LAMMPS USER-PHONON package and the kALDo package.
