Date: 31/01/2012 - 15/02/2012 Nucleus:188Pb Beam (charge state): 32S, 7+ Target (thickness): 160Dy, 534 ug/cm2 Beam energy: 165 MeV Beam intensity: 13 pnA Beam hours delivered roughly: 130 hours Instrumentation: SAGE/RITU/GREAT RITU dipole setting: 7300 ppm RITU gas pressure: 0.4 mbar SAGE coil current: 800 A SAGE HV setting: -35 kV Beam (charge state): 83Kr, 15+ Target (thickness): 108Pd, 800 ug/cm2 Beam energy: 365 MeV Beam intensity: 2 pnA Beam hours delivered roughly: 41 h Instrumentation: SAGE/RITU/GREAT RITU dipole setting: 6500 ppm RITU gas pressure: 0.8 mbar SAGE coil current: 800 A SAGE HV setting: -35 kV Study of shape coexistence in 188Pb employing in-beam γ-ray – conversion electron spectroscopy. Investigation of the low-lying 0+ states de-exciting via E0 transitions. In addition, investigation of the converted interband transitions.
