The data has been collected as part of the doctoral dissertation "Sustainability management in Finnish universities". It was collected in 2022-2023 by Meri Löyttyniemi, ORCID https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9008-2641, from the Corporate Environmental Management research group at the University of Jyväskylä School of Business. Table 1: University´s annual turnover and total number of staff and students. There is also indicated the more sustainability-specific information like homepage, budget, management system, reporting. Also academic and administrative staff members with SD involvement are indicated. The survey was sent during autumn 2022 to rectors, SD responsables and registries. Table 2: Table B is indicating the number of staff, divided to academic and administrative personnel, and an estimation how many of them are involved with sustainability issues. Also universities´ real estate companies (ACRE/Aalto University, HYK/University of Helsinki and SYK/other Finnish university facilities) have provided the same numbers. The survey was sent early 2023 to real estate companies´CEOs & HR and universities´ HR directors and registriers.
