Population characteristics: The medical exclusion criteria included immune deficiencies, a disease affecting immune response, cancer diagnosis within the last year or on-going cancer treatment. Other exclusion criteria included incompetency and living outside city area. Inclusion criteria was that the form of housing in a detached or row house.
Recruitment: Participants for this study were enrolled from three cities in Finland: Helsinki, Lahti and Kaarina.
