Beskrivning

This package is written for the iterative reconstruction and visualisation of fluorescent optical projection tomography data. It relies on MATLAB 64-bit R2016b or later, and requires the Image Processing Toolbox and the Parallel Computing Toolbox. The experimental data were obtained from a zebrafish embryo that was two days post fertilization and expressed eGFP in endothelium. Both fluorescence and bright field measurements of the head and the tail of the same sample are available. The data was acquired using an in-house OPT setup. The videos attached are examples of reconstructions. The published data have not been corrected for centre of rotation error, while the videos show reconstructions where this has been done manually.
