This dataset encompasses the experimental data supporting the study on methacrylated cellulose nanofibers (CNFMA) and their copolymerization with polyacrylamide CM(PAA) to form photocurable microgels for 3D cell culture applications. . The data includes: Mechanical and rheological measurements of CNFMA and CMPAA hydrogels. Confocal microscopy images illustrating cell morphology and viability. Quantitative analyses of porosity and stiffness variations. Cell proliferation and viability assay results for MC3T3-E1 and PANC-1 cell lines.
